When I find a program I like, I want to color in his big eyes bright blue, which they really are. What photo enhancing programs do you like? 
Everyone always needs a picture of their precious babies toes. But these toes needed a little pedicure.....JPG)
This is the first of my photo experimenting. I thought this one was kinda cool. It looks like something you would give your kids during art class and they have to draw the other half.....What do you think?

I use photoshop cse but I used to use elements and I think it's great as well (and much cheaper).
I saw that you commented on Jamie's blog. Welcome to the world of blogging. I use Photoshop Elements and I love it. And I know a super easy way to turn only the eyes blue.
ML- you look so cute. I'm not used to seeing you with dark hair. You have really great pics. I always wanted to be a photographer. You would do great at it!
